Yes, you certaintly can get a receipt/packing slip, simply contact us, and we can email you one.

Since we are a marketplace with different vendors, each vendor has their own return policy. On each page of the product, it will have a small box labeled, “Returns/Devoluciones.” Click the box and it will contain the return policy for that specific product from that specific vendor.

No, each vendor has a long term relationship (some include shipping discounts), and thus we have no control as to how or who each vendor uses.

If you want to return a product, each product page has a “Returns/Devoluciones,” button. Once you click the button, it will give you specific information about returning a product.
Certain products cannot not be returned:

  • food/candy
  • lingerie, intimate appareal
  • books
  • balloons

As well, some vendors will specify, “All Sales Are Final – NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES”
